Bridging Vacancy to Value

Growth Through Energy and Community Health (GTECH) merges community development and principles of sustainability into a synthesized model for sustainable community development.

Our vision is to establish a fundamental shift in urban revitalization by linking environmental stewardship and innovation with economic development as a bundled strategy. We utilize vacant land as a mechanism to extend the opportunity of the Green Economy into the most marginalized of neighborhoods.

Our Mission

To reclaim vacant land and empower communities through innovative green strategies

Vision Statement

We envision a world where all vacant, blighted, and marginalized land serves as a functional community asset
